- We have added electronic forms for sponsorhips, advertisements and vendors. Due to limited space and to prevent overlap with our food vendors, all food vendors must contact Charlie Jones at (301) 252-4243. If you wish to be a sponsor, advertiser or commercial vendor, click the links below to fill out your information online. You can then send your payment by mail or if you wish to pay by credit card, make that selection on the form and you will be contacted by our treasurer.
