Our goal is to educate the public on agricultural awareness, venues and opportunities. As a non-profit organization, we rely on volunteer hours, donations and our sponsors to keep the fair going!

Any contribution large or small is greatly appreciated, and helps to make each year a success!

Volunteers

• A variety of volunteer positions are available
• We also need locations to post banners for advertising the fair

Barn/Outdoor Supplies

• 500 bales of straw
• bales of large flake pine shavings/livestock bedding
• mulch for show barn floor
• pop-up canopies (two 10×10 ft)
• roofing paper rolls
• shade cloth rolls
• signage for traffic control/identifying handicapped parking areas
•  zip straps (large black – for hanging shade cloth, securing fencing, hanging banners)

Beverage/Dining Supplies

• bottled water (two skids)
• disposable drinking cups
• lemonade (5 gallons)
• paper napkins
• paper plates (dinner-sized)
• paper plates (dessert-sized)
• rolls of table cloth (white)
• rolls of table cloth (green)

First Aid Supplies

• alcohol wipes
• band aids (all sizes from small to jumbo)
• basic first aid kits
• cravats (triangle shaped)
• first aid supplies, such as ice packs
• first aid tape (2×4 inch)
• gauze (4×4 inch)
• penlight
• rubber gloves (small, medium, large, extra-large)
• sterile water
• trauma dressings (kling, individually wrapped, assorted sizes: 2, 4 and 6 inches)
• trauma shears and basic bandage scissors
• tweezers
